Start – midway between Vixen and Silver Eel
Two races-
1st Course – windward mark 1.4 nm at 040 degrees from R/C Two laps to W and the committee boat Total 5.6 nm Wind SW 10 to 12 for first race. With the wind out of the north, the race was to a windward mark just off Horseshoe Reef and back to s/f for two laps.

Second race, Course – windward mark 1.65 nm at 040. Wind North to NE and dying then SE 5 to 4 at the finish for one lap at 3.3 nm. A second place finish in the first race combined with a fifth in a long light air one lapper gave us a third place overall.  Welcome to our newest crewmember, Mandy.   Â
Lesson: when wind is directly out of the north, expect a swing to right (east) as the afernoon wears on.
